How corrections work
We correct factual errors promptly. When you report a problem through contact, an editor checks it against current primary sources (store listings, developer statements, patch notes).
- Factual errors (prices, versions, platforms, monetization details, developer names) are fixed in the article and noted in its update history with the date and a short description.
- Material changes to the game (a new monetization model, a major update, a shutdown) lead to re-research and, where needed, revised critic evaluations. The original publication date stays; the review shows when it was updated and why.
- Disagreements with an opinion are not corrections, but we read every message and may add context if a critic’s reasoning relied on outdated evidence.
